The cavity and core are hardened using 1*1/S136 material, ensuring a hardness level of ≥ 50HRC. The mold surface is meticulously inspected to ensure it is free from defects. Notably, the mold offers smooth ejection, a service life of up to 500k shots, and exceptional cost performance.
