A surface polished to SPI-A1; Cavity and core are hardened with 4+4/S136, so that the mold has high hardness and anti-wearing performance and is more suitable for PC+ABS/TPU double-shot molding. The cavity has high polished, so that the part has smooth molding surface, with no flash, minimized material loss, good bonding of 2 materials. The tool life is up to 500k shots. |
