| Chitwing two-plates mold, built on an LKM mold base, renowned for its exceptional performance and durability. This mold is equipped with a side gate to ensure optimal material flow and is engineered to deliver a minimum of 500,000 shots, ensuring long-term reliability. Weighing 155kg and measuring 300mm in length, 300mm in width, and 291mm in height, this mold is compact and user-friendly. It is specifically designed for use with a 110T injection molding machine (IMM). Featuring a smooth surface, low roughness, and uniform wall thickness, this two-plates mold is mirror EDM finished with VDI 10#, while the cavity and core are hardened using 1*8/S136 for exceptional hardness, strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The mold boasts a tool life of up to 500,000 shots. Part material: PC Part Size: 3.92 X 20.70 X 11.42mm Part Weight: 0.1g Equipped with scientific vent holes and grooves for timely discharge of air and gas in the melt, the parts produced exhibit a smooth surface without burrs, shorter cycle times, no material shortage, absence of gas marks and flow marks, and minimized cold slug. |
